SapaWarga — Digital RT/RW Community Management App

Stack
Flutter · Dart · Supabase · Firebase · Python · FastAPI · Docker

SapaWarga is a cross-platform mobile application (Android/iOS) built with Flutter that digitizes the administration of Indonesian neighborhood units (RT/RW), replacing manual, paper-based processes with a real-time digital system.

Key features:

  • Role-based access control across six roles (Admin, Ketua RT, Ketua RW, Bendahara, Sekretaris, Warga) with tailored dashboards for each
  • Resident and household management, including family card (KK) records and demographic statistics
  • Full financial management: income/expense tracking, payment proof uploads, treasurer validation, interactive charts, and PDF report export
  • Community engagement tools: broadcast announcements, event management with photo documentation, and a resident feedback/complaint system
  • An integrated UMKM marketplace where residents can open stores, list products, manage orders, and leave ratings/reviews
  • A computer vision feature that automatically grades vegetable freshness, using a LightGBM classifier and U-2-Net segmentation model served via a FastAPI microservice

Tech stack: Flutter/Dart for the mobile client, Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth) and Firebase for backend services, Provider for state management, GoRouter for navigation, FL Chart for data visualization, and a containerized Python/FastAPI service for the ML-based vegetable detection API. The project includes unit, widget, and end-to-end integration tests, plus CI.

Contributed as a fullstack/mobile developer on a collaborative team project, working across the Flutter frontend, backend service integration, and the computer vision API.
